How we can encourage better growth of PhytoPlanktons?
PhytoPlanktons are basically like Plants. This means, availability of Nitrogen, Phosphorous and Potash will determine maintenance, growth and multiplication of PhytoPlanktons.

AquaCulture farmers apply liberal doses of Cow Dung, Farm Yard Manure and also chemical origin fertilizers like Urea, DAP, MOP etc to promote multiplication of PhytoPlanktons.

However, these nutrient feeds generally are not adequate because much of what is applied get fixed, leached or evaporated.
