Emulsified CPNKO
CPNKO has all naturally present bio active chemicals like Azadirachtin, Salannin, Nimbin, Nimidin, Meliontriol etc. and therefore is good raw material for formulating crop protection sprayable product. CPNKO generally has about 800- 1200 ppm of Azadirachtin (apart from un-specified quantities of other bio active compounds). The oil derived from fresh season fruits has more Azadirachtin (Aza) content and therefore it is observed that oil processed between July – December has higher Aza content and progressively comes down in summer.
This CPNKO is mixed with a petroleum solvent like C IX / Ortho xylene / Aeromax, Emulsifiers, Stabilizers and UV (Ultra violet) Screens so that a standard formulation of Aza 0.03% EC (300 ppm Aza Emulsifiable Concentrate) is manufactured. Generally this grade of formulation is designed to contain about 600 ppm of Aza so that the product has certain minimum 300 ppm through out the shelf life of the formulation.

This Aza -.03% EC formulation is used as crop protection spray and at dilution of about 5 ml per litre of water (about 200 Lt of water is required typically under high volume spraying) is a good insect repellant.
