COLD EXPELLER FOR NEEM OIL PRODUCTION The typical factory for production of Cold Pressed Neem oil has following sections:
Drying yard for drying fruits (Cemented / Stone slabs floor).
Destoner
- Gradient separation of Stones and Neem fruits).
Decarticator
- The pulp of fruit is removed so that the inside meat called as Kernel is separated.
Oil Expeller
- Power operated mechanical crusher in which the Kernels are fed and crushed with out heating the
kernels.
Oil Filter
- The Neem Oil expelled from Kernels are filtered in cloth filters so that all foreign materials are separated.
The process of filtration is referred to as Refining and the oil is refined twice so the foreign particles are removed. This is called as Double Refined CPNKO
Thus Cod Pressed Neem Kernel Oil
(CPNKO) derived.
The cake from the process is mixed with the Fruit Pulp / Husk is used as organic manure for soil application.
WHOLE NEEM FRUIT POWDER / CAKE PRODUCTION
The Neem fruits after destoning process is directly taken in to a separate machine called Cutter. The Whole Neem Fruits are fed in to this power operated machine and the fruits are cut in to small pieces. The process can produce the desired particle size of the powder.
This product is Whole Neem Fruit Powder
(Neem Cake) and used as Organic manure for crops as soil
application.
